The Federal Commerce Fee has begun an investigation into mental-health startup Cerebral Inc., in line with a letter the FTC despatched the corporate that was reviewed by The Wall Avenue Journal.
Within the letter dated June 1, the FTC mentioned it was investigating whether or not Cerebral engaged in misleading or unfair practices associated to promoting or advertising of mental-health providers. The letter additionally directed the corporate to protect paperwork.
